This is fun
So, living in the DC area, one sees a lot of interesting things. After driving around for the past year and a half I have noticed many things. All of the on licence plates. Ya know those personalized ones? Well, it appears that Virginia is a state that lets you get one without costing an arm and a leg or somthing like that. I've got some noted down in my cell and thought I would share.
